I have owned this watch for over 5 years, and have beaten the heck out of it by continuous use. It has held up to every punishment that I have given it and continued to work flawlessly. I am a pilot, and have found it useful when flying and while in the mountains, while the compass feature has been invaluable. I have taken it scuba diving, water skiing, snow skiing, backpacking, and a lot of swimming. I don’t take it off while hammering and working construction, and it has never failed. It is definitely one of the most reliable and durable watches I have owned.
This is a smaller, less obnoxious size than many of the other triple sensors. I had a much larger triple sensor pior to this one, but found the size to be a problem. This one is much better, and can be worn with casual and more formal attire. The backlight is great, and the solar powering allows you to forget about ever winding or replacing a battery.
Another feature about this model is the day of the week and date display at the same time, which the newer ones do not have, making you choose between the numeric date or the word. The display is well laid out, attractive and efficient, has the basic timekeeping tools such as hourly chime, alarms, and timer. It has been perfect for me.
